Wells Fargo is currently offering a 30-year fixed home mortgage loan quoting a rate of 4.500%. For those borrowers looking for a smaller loan of 15-years can get a fixed home mortgage rate of 3.750%. Those borrowers looking for an FHA loan can check out Wells Fargo’s 30-year fixed FHA loan with a rate of 4.375%. Borrowers looking for adjustable rate mortgages (ARM) from Wells Fargo can expect to find two ARM loans. Both ARM loans come in the 5-year variety. While the 5-year ARM has a rate of an even 2.875%, their 5-year ARM FHA loan has a rate of 3.250%.
